An Accountant cum Business Auditor, she learned the formulae for business success and discovered why businesses failed in her research and reading of business literature and experiences in her corporate life.
For want of flexibility and adventure, she went into consulting and training business with like-minded partners. She and her teams have a mission to help businesses become more valuable, relevant and sustainable with an exit strategy in mind.
She delights in sourcing and developing talents and forming collaborative partnerships who collectively are capable of contributing to project success and outcomes.
Her main pre-occupation is in developing Agile Innovation’s business with her business partners Azam and Lam. Agile has since expanded into Malaysia with the incorporation of Agile Innovation (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (AIM) in 2017. The company has also secured strong resources in Indonesia to provide management, financial consulting and people development services from Year 2022.
Muhamad Azam b Abdul jalil

Muhamad Azam facilitates learning through Business and Management Simulation games to enhance Business and Financial Literacy; provides advisory and consulting services in Enterprise Risk Management, Financial Management, Human Resource Capability development; and facilitation of Top Management Business Planning Retreats.
Azam has wide-ranging experience in consulting, designing and facilitating workshops for organizations in the region and the Middle-East across industries including Multi-media, Airline, Property & Infrastructure Development, Pharmaceuticals, Engineering, Logistics, Education, Food Manufacturing, Retailing, Finance, Telecoms, Scientific and Precision Equipment, ICT and Software solutions, Hospitality, Design & Exhibition, Port operations, Oil & Gas, Statutory Boards, Social Enterprises.
In 2006, Azam co-founded an advisory company that specializes in business excellence, financial management and business capability development followed by co-founding of Paradigm Learning AsiaPac (PLA) in 2012 with Dr Grant Donovan and Joyce Yeo with the purpose of working with organizations to enhance competencies in business acumen, leadership, talent management and project management.
Before venturing to run his own businesses, Azam held various positions of responsibilities in an international public accounting firm and a couple of public listed companies where he had headed the IT audit, business process innovation, enterprise risk management and corporate planning functions.
Lam Yue Pak

YP is passionate about helping people and businesses transform by providing professional leadership development, business acumen training, coaching and other business operation solutions.
He is a strong believer of Courage, Humility and Integrity which he uses to develop “Leadership Chi” – a values-based leadership approach that he practices and promotes.
Lam strongly advocates and champions business acumen as a crucial competency for every employee to understand business and finance for aligning what they do to business outcomes. He is also a strong advocate in Corporate Sustainability and plays a key role in this space as part of Business Strategy Planning.
YP has over 20 years’ experience at C-level management positions working with diversified groups based in Malaysia & Singapore. He was previously Group CEO of a SGX-listed company involved in agriculture and property development.
YP also served as a Senior Group Corporate Controller in Malaysia for a diversified group listed on the KLSE involved in financial services, trading & manufacturing, automotive distribution and hospitality. He acted as a Director of the group’s London AIM-listed UK subsidiary and several other subsidiaries in Australia.
Lam is a natural leader, one who leads by example, good listener, humble and a great team mate to all of our consultants and learning facilitators.
Mohammad Abdul Wahab

Wahab brings to the table a host of varied deep experiences and skills gathered during his illustrious career spanning 25 years at an MNC based in Malaysia. He had served in a few regional key roles in South East Asia in IT, Accounting and Finance and involved in several project implementations.
The numerous roles he played throughout his corporate career prepare him well to provide consultancy across numerous areas in Business, Finance, Accounting, Internal Controls and Governance, Data and Project Management, IT and Treasury.
Wahab started his career with Colgate-Palmolive MALAYSIA, as a Business Analyst followed by roles as Financial Accountant, Credit & Collections Manager, Internal Audit Manager, Treasury Manager and Senior Finance Manager – Master Data & Special Projects.
In meeting project timelines and fulfilling stakeholders’ expectations, he adopted a disciplined and result focused approach; and applied strong leadership, motivational skills and technical expertise in accounting and computerized systems to deliver quality results.
Wahab is an invaluable member of our AIM team and we look forward to his contributions to the team and business community.
Mohd Hisham Shazli

Hisham specializes in Business Acumen, Risk Management, Business Continuity Planning and Change Management.
He built his career in the corporate sector and now uses the experiences and skills he had gathered over 30 years to help organizations adopt best practices to recover from the economic crisis and to grow sustainably.
His last posting was that of a Group General Manager - Group Risk Management of Malaysia’s leading fully-integrated media group, with a complete repertoire of businesses covering television, print, radio, out-of-home, content and digital media.
Hisham was responsible for the development and implementation of Enterprise Risk Management strategy and oversaw the risk management practices across the entire group.
Equally important as managing risks, his responsibilities included strategic planning, policies management, business continuity planning, business process improvement and transformation management.
Prior to joining the media group in 2004, Hisham had an exciting career working for Malaysia’s leading banks and financial institutions. While there, he was exposed to a wide span of areas ranging from Operations, Planning, and Policy Management, Audit and Corporate Governance.
His deep and wide experiences enabled him to develop an eye to see the big picture of an organization – to step back, assess, analyze and see how things fit together strategically.
Hisham enjoys playing the roles of Strategic Planner, Tactical Implementer and Risk & Governance Specialist.
